Virtual Therapy in Oklahoma for
Trauma, Chronic Illness, and Neurodivergence
Welcome!
Hi, I’m Heidi, and I’m glad you’re here! I’ve been a therapist for over 11 years, and my passion lies in creating a compassionate, safe space where people of all ages can feel seen, heard, and supported.
I graduated from Oklahoma State University-Tulsa with my Master’s degree in Community Counseling in 2014 and I am licensed to provide therapy services in Oklahoma.
About Me
My Specializations
I specialize in EMDR and trauma therapy, neurodivergence, and supporting individuals living with chronic illness. I also work closely with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem challenges. Additionally, I support clients as they explore their EVOLVING STORIES—whether that’s processing the past, embracing identity shifts, or finding new meaning in changing seasons of life. No two journeys look the same, and that’s exactly why I love this work.
My Approach
Therapy can be powerful and emotional—but it doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute. I like to bring a touch of humor into sessions to keep things real and human. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, lightening a tough moment, or helping you take a deep breath, I’ve found that humor can create connection and make the process feel a little less intimidating.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me reading, creating art, traveling, or cheering on my favorite teams at a sports game. These things keep me grounded, inspired, and balanced.
A Compassionate Space for Growth
Whether you’re healing from trauma, working through anxiety or depression, exploring your identity, or simply needing support through life’s ups and downs, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and a good sense of humor along the way.
