I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, UMR, and HealthChoice. I also offer Self Pay as an option.
***I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans (including Soonercare, SoonerSelect, and other managed care plans like Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Complete Health to name a few)***
Self Pay
$200 Initial Intake Appointment (1-2 hours)
$150 Individual Therapy (55 minutes)
A credit card will be kept on file to cover all payments and copayments. All payments are due at the time of session and are charged to your card.
No Show/Late Cancellation Fee
There will be a $150 full fee charge for less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
Group Therapy

“Spoonies” Virtual Group will be starting Tuesday April 21st at noon and will go for 8 weeks. $35 per person per group or $250 if paid in full up front. This is a self-pay group, insurance is not billed. Send a message through the “Contact Me” page to sign up!
