Specializations
I specialize in EMDR and trauma therapy, neurodivergence, and supporting individuals living with chronic illness. I also work closely with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem challenges. Additionally, I support clients as they explore their “evolving stories”— whether that means processing past experiences, embracing identity shifts, or finding new meaning in changing life chapters. No two journeys look the same, and that’s exactly why I love this work.
My Approach
Therapy can be powerful and emotional—but it doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute. I like to bring a touch of humor into sessions to keep things real and human. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, lightening a tough moment, or helping you take a deep breath, I’ve found that humor can create connection and make the process feel a little less intimidating.
Outside of Therapy Sessions
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me reading, creating art, traveling, or cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys football team and the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team. These things keep me grounded, inspired, and balanced.
